PoSAssist is a performance support tool for retail environments that provides
Just-in-Time training and support material to shop floor staff via the PoS.
It can be used to provide a training resource for new starters to the business as well as an information reference point for shop floor staff on an ongoing basis, reducing training and support costs.

PoSAssist also enables retailers to enhance their customer service offering by providing store ops and product knowledge information where it’s needed, when it’s needed – at the PoS.

Material can be created and maintained using a simple editor and is structured into easy-to-navigate categories and topics accessible either through a menu or a search facility. Each content topic is created as a standalone object therefore enabling context sensitive help links to be made from the POS application directly to training / support topics within PoSAssist.

Content is created into pre-defined Flash templates comprising text, graphics, step procedures and can also incorporate animations and simulations created in third party tools.
